A San Antonio native, David began his career as a Rotary International exchange student studying abroad in Essen, Germany. He continued his international studies at Tufts University, graduating Magna cum Laude in International Relations with a concentration in German studies. His formal academic career also included semesters of study at the University of Tuebingen, Teubingen, Germany and the University de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, Pau, France.
David's professional career began with the Medical Center Guesthouse of America, developing interim stay facilities for patients and their families in major medical centers. From there he went on to be General Manager of Murdock Pharmaceuticals, a division of Nature's Way. His business experiences soon led him to the public capital markets and positions with Prudential Securities and Komet Asset Management managing private pools focused on long/short equity, leveraged direct lending and equity real estate investments.
Alternivest represents a unified identity for his investment and development activities as the company grows further in investment and development into real estate, healthcare and litigation finance.

Roger D. Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience in various operational and technology leadership roles. He currently leads the management team for the Komedix Healthcare project. Kelly was president and COO of CQI Solutions Inc., the country’s most successful Operating Room Management and Enterprise wide scheduling software systems. During his tenure, Kelly introduced several successful new products, negotiated successful contracts with major Hospital chains and suppliers (Tenet, Community Health Systems, and HMA. Baxter Maxxium Medical, and Lifepoint), reorganized its infrastructure to accommodate the successfully implantation for these facilities. He created the teams and helped develop and implement a new strategy that resulted in improved financial and operational performance. Kelly was instrumental in the sale of CQI Solutions Inc. to Quality Systems in the summer of 2011.
Previously, Kelly was President of Computer Technologies a computer and networking firm responsible for implementation of computer systems in municipal and Healthcare facilities. Kelly oversaw technology, product development, customer operations and wholesale client relationships.
Juan-Carlos Campos joined the Komedix Healthcare team as Director of Business Operations and is the former Director of Community Clinics for Comal County at CentroMed. He received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan in 2000, and his master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2010. His expertise is focused on efficient workflow, team management, and building sustainable business machines.
Cesar Castilleja is native to New Braunfels, Texas with a business background in health care management. Cesar has a fifteen year career in the healthcare industry managing sales teams, marketing and business development for fortune 500 companies nationwide. He directed the Long Term Care division for Cuna Mutual Group in Texas collaborating with CEOs, Presidents, Board of Directors, Physicians and staff members. He oversaw and developed growth and expansion markets for WellCare Health Plans Inc. in Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Cesar heads up the Onepoint Insurance Services project as group President.
